Subverter Vodka works great in Prosecco for a Guerrilla Chicken take on a Bellini, as a chilled sipping drink straight from the fridge or with lemonade, coke or Elderflower tonic too. For a cheeky raspberry ripple ice cream drink it is worth a go with Cream Soda. You have been warned, that is very sweet tho! A naughty shot is to mix equal measures of Amaretto, Cassis and Subverter and serve in a shot glass with double cream laid on top over the back of a teaspoon.
