Derbyshire Vodka Martini

A smooth, fruity martini style serve with a Derbyshire twist. Ingredients 50 ml Subverter Vodka 50 ml pineapple juice 20 ml orgeat (almond) syrup Ice cubes Pineapple slice or other fresh fruit, to garnish Method Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in Subverter Vodka, pineapple juice and orgeat syrup. Stir or shake gently until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or your favourite fruit. Make pour decisions responsibly.

Upriser Gim Tom Collins Cocktail

A timeless classic made with Upriser, the original Guerrilla Chicken gin. Ingredients 50 ml Upriser Gin 20 ml gomme syrup Ice cubes 100 ml soda water (or to taste) Lemon slice, to garnish Method Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in Upriser Gin and gomme syrup. Blackcurrant Liquorice Collins Vodka Cocktail

A nostalgic long drink built around Balky Vodka, bursting with blackcurrant and liquorice. Ingredients 50 ml Balky Vodka 20 ml fresh lemon juice 15 ml gomme syrup Ice cubes Lemon wheel or twist, to garnish Method Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in Balky Vodka, lemon juice and gomme syrup. Shake briefly to chill and combine. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Give a gentle stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.

Fool's Gold Rum Cocktail

Gold is overrated. This sparkling rum cocktail is not. Ingredients 25 ml Rabble Rouser Rum 12.5 ml Disaronno (amaretto liqueur) 10 ml Gomme syrup (or simple syrup if preferred) 12.5ml Cinnamon syrup Ice cubes Prosecco, to top Ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick, to garnish Method Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in Rabble Rouser Rum, Disaronno and ginger syrup. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a wine glass or coupe. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top or a cinnamon stick.
