Blackcurrant Liquorice Collins Vodka Cocktail

A nostalgic long drink built around Balky Vodka, bursting with blackcurrant and liquorice.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Balky Vodka
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml gomme syrup
• Ice cubes
  
• Lemon wheel or twist, to garnish

Method

1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour in Balky Vodka, lemon juice and gomme syrup.
3. Shake briefly to chill and combine.
4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Give a gentle stir.
6. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
