A smooth, fruity martini style serve with a Derbyshire twist.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Subverter Vodka
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 20 ml orgeat (almond) syrup
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slice or other fresh fruit, to garnish
Method
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Pour in Subverter Vodka, pineapple juice and orgeat syrup.
- Stir or shake gently until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple or your favourite fruit.
