Gold is overrated. This sparkling rum cocktail is not.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Rabble Rouser Rum
- 12.5 ml Disaronno (amaretto liqueur)
- 10 ml Gomme syrup (or simple syrup if preferred)
- 12.5ml Cinnamon syrup
- Ice cubes
- Prosecco, to top
- Ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick, to garnish
Method
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Pour in Rabble Rouser Rum, Disaronno and ginger syrup.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a wine glass or coupe.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top or a cinnamon stick.
