Upriser Gim Tom Collins Cocktail

A timeless classic made with Upriser, the original Guerrilla Chicken gin.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Upriser Gin
  
• 20 ml gomme syrup
• Ice cubes
• 100 ml soda water (or to taste)
• Lemon slice, to garnish

Method

1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour in Upriser Gin and gomme syrup.
3. Shake lightly to chill.
4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Top with soda water and stir gently.
6. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
