Ingredients
50ml Subverter Vodka
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
25ml crème de cacao
25ml double cream
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
25ml crème de cacao

ice
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
Method
Step 1
Grate the chocolate and tip onto the plate. Dip the rim of a martini glass with a little maple syrup or honey and then into the chocolate to coat. Keep the glass chilled until needed.
Step 2
Add the crème de cacao, cream, vanilla and vodka into a cocktail shaker before adding a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass to serve.
